ANDREW MORRIS Cemap - Managing Director & Mortgage Adviser
With over 30 years experience in the Financial Industry, which included working for a Lender and then since establishing Headland Finance in 1992 as a Broker. Over the years Andrew has personally been involved with many projects of his own, from self builds, major refurbishment projects to new builds so has a wealth of experience so can empathise with the challenge’s clients will often have.
In his spare time Andrew is a keen golfer and has competed in various long distance running events around the world including the famous Marathon Des Sables across the Sahara Desert, Ultra Trail Du Mont Blanc and the London Marathon all for Charity. He also keeps very busy with family life, which includes two very competitive and energetic teenage boys and a bonkers Vizsla!

TOM ARMSTRONG Cemap - Director & Mortgage Adviser
Tom is now entering his 20th year with Headland having progressed from his first role as the tea boy! Tom and Andrew form the Broker / Adviser team at Headland and will help with any residential or buy to let requirements with particular expertise in the trickier Limited Company, Portfolio and HMO Sectors.
In his spare time, Tom can be found exploring with his Son, playing football for his local team or with his nose in a good book!

JAN MORRIS - Office Manager
Jan has been with Headland Finance since 1993 and as Office Manager oversees the processing of your mortgage applications as well as the day to day running of the office. Jan is here to help guide you through the mortgage application process and make it as smooth an experience as possible.
In her spare time Jan enjoys coastal walks and going to the theatre.

GINA MORRIS - Administrator
Gina joined Headland Finance in 2008 and helps with the Administrative matters at Headland Finance. Gina deals with behind the scenes administrative tasks and is often found in a back room with no windows, within the office! She is also able to help with any updates or queries that you may have.
In her spare time Gina is busy looking after two very busy, energetic teenage boys and day to day family life. She also enjoys running, walking the dog and outdoor pursuits.

KAREN MILDON – Broker Support
Karen joined Headland Finance in February 2020. She has been working in the finance industry for the last 28 years. Karen supports Andrew and Tom in researching the mortgages available. She also helps with the administration in the office.
In her spare time Karen enjoys Zumba, walking and holidaying in France.
